In conformity with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, Rocío Bernal Constenla hereby makes users of the web site (hereinafter the Site) aware of the Privacy and Data Protection policy that will be applied to the handling of the personal data users voluntarily provide on visiting the Site. Rocío Bernal Constenla administers the server environment in the appropriate manner, with a firewall infrastructure which strictly complies with current legislation. She continually uses current technology to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of the data is not compromised. The Site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to improve security. SSL is the standard technology in the sector for protecting and maintaining security in the transmission of messages over Internet. On accessing their accounts or sending information from safe Internet sites, users’ data will be encrypted in such a way as to make it illegible for any users who are not authorized to access this kind of data. Any changes in the Privacy Policy and in the data administration practices will be appropriately reflected; Rocío Bernal Constenla may add to, modify or delete said privacy policy whenever she deems it appropriate.  


In any case, under no circumstances will Rocío Bernal Constenla modify the policies or practices in order to make them less efficient in the protection of the personal data of clients previously stored, without the previous consent of said clients.
